My Story
Hi, I’m Cazzy, a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, and mobility specialist. But my journey into movement didn’t begin in a gym, a studio, or with a background in gymnastics. It began much later in life, in the comfort of my own home, fueled by curiosity, determination, and a deep desire for change.
I wasn’t one of those naturally bendy or athletic types. In fact, flexibility and mobility were things I had to work hard to build, starting from scratch. Using every tool I could find—online videos, books, and a lot of trial and error—I slowly transformed my body and mindset. Each small step brought me closer to achieving things I once thought were impossible.
As my practice evolved, so did my love for movement, and I knew I wanted to help others experience this life-changing journey. That’s what led me to become a yoga teacher and complete my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training, followed by training to become a Pilates instructor.
Now, I specialize in yoga mobility, combining strength, flexibility, and functional movement to help people feel good in their bodies. My passion is guiding others to achieve their goals, whether that’s touching their toes, improving posture, or building confidence through movement. I understand what it’s like to be a beginner and to feel like certain movements are out of reach—but I’m here to show you that with consistency, patience, and the right approach, anything is possible.
